This website provides general information about holiday-let management and property-care services. It does not create a management contract, guarantee property acceptance or reserve onboarding capacity.
2. Estimates and service information
Fees, examples, revenue illustrations, occupancy assumptions and package descriptions are indicative until confirmed in a property-specific written proposal and signed agreement. We do not guarantee income, occupancy, ratings, property condition or platform performance.
3. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape it unreasonably, interfere with availability, impersonate another person or submit unlawful or misleading material.
4. Intellectual property
The Kent Coastal Stays name, logo, site design and original written content are owned by or licensed to Kent Coastal Stays. You may view and print reasonable extracts for personal evaluation but may not reproduce them commercially without permission.
5. Images and links
Some property and before/after images are illustrative and are labelled accordingly; they must not be taken as evidence of work at a specific client property. External sites are responsible for their own content, availability and terms.
6. Liability
We take reasonable care with website content but cannot promise it is always complete, current or error-free. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not responsible for decisions made solely from general website content or for loss caused by third-party websites or events outside reasonable control.
7. Law
These website terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply.
