When you contact Kent Coastal Cleaning by telephone, text message or WhatsApp, we may receive your name, contact details, address, photographs and information about the work you are requesting. We use this information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, arrange work and maintain normal business records.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell your information. Information is only shared where necessary to provide the service, meet legal obligations or protect legitimate business interests. We keep information only for as long as reasonably required.
Your rights
You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request corrections or ask us to delete information where there is no legal reason to retain it. Contact us on 07724 713471.
Website data
This website does not use advertising cookies. The optional WhatsApp button prepares a message on your device; direct form submissions are delivered by email. Telephone and WhatsApp links take you to services operated by their respective providers.

Direct enquiry forms send your details through Cloudflare to our email delivery provider, Resend, so we can respond. We use the details only to handle your enquiry and related business records. WhatsApp is optional: its button prepares a draft which you must send yourself.
